Synergy are very pleased to have welcomed Frances to our team.

Frances joined us after graduating with a BSc in Archaeology and Anthropology at the University of Oxford and an MSc in Anthropology, Environment, and Development at the University College London.

Frances’ Msc focused on the social determinates of health for Type 1 diabetics in the Bahamas, for which she carried out a research study investigating patient-doctor relationships and their impacts on long-term health outcomes and education. She is especially interested in understanding social determinants of health and seeking creative solutions to access barriers in healthcare.

In her free time Frances can be found painting, trawling through thrift stores for interesting finds, or exploring London’s parks come rain or shine.
