a few words about us
Synergy was established by Sue Thamia and Jon Freeman in 2000, and in 2020 Dr Lucy Howells and Charlotte Sugden Heron joined them on the team of Directors. Synergy is designed to be a market research agency with the level of resource associated with larger agencies combined with the flexibility, commitment to customer service and hands-on senior involvement associated with a smaller agency. We keep growing from strength to strength and now employ 14 office-based researchers and support staff based in Central London.
By employing the brightest researchers and investing in ongoing training we are able to add value to research via our knowledge of research approaches, marketing considerations and health care systems.

It is an ideal methodology for assessing reactions to stimuli, exploring reasons behind current prescribing decisions and understanding the current market environment; and we conduct qualitative research using both established and new methodologies.
