Instead of sending Christmas cards this year, we have made a donation to Operation Smile – an international children’s medical charity. They work with a team of dedicated medical volunteers to provide safe, effective and free reconstructive surgery to repair cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities for children around the globe.
