We had a fantastic time at the 2014 BHBIA conference and BOBI awards ceremony this week.
Sue and Kirstie, along with Janssen were up for an award in the ‘Best Business Impact’ category with their entry: ‘Maximising Janssen’s HIV portfolio in a changing market’.
The judges had some very positive comments: “An excellent entry, demonstrating a very clear result in organisational change as a result of the market research. A very well written and thought through entry which demonstrated a paradigm shift in communications and messaging strategy for the KAMs.” Sadly we were pipped at the post by the winning entry from Astra Zeneca.
Sue, Kirstie and Charlotte were also entered into the ‘Best Customer Insight’ category, working with Roche for the entry: ‘Are we missing a trick?’
Again we had excellent judge’s comments… “This research addressed an important strategic question for Roche. The research genuinely challenged standard thinking on customer groups and delivered actionable insights which have been adopted by the client’s customer-facing team.” …and, again, we narrowly missed out – the award going to a team from Boehringer.
Many congratulations to all the winners this year – we look forward to next year’s competition.
