Synergy are very pleased to have welcomed William to our team.

William joined Synergy with a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology from the University of Nottingham, where his research investigated the molecular mechanisms behind organ growth in Duckweed. He has experience leading a longitudinal research project using a variety of methodologies looking at the effects of organic fertilisers.

Alongside this, he has experience in running quantitative research projects as well as data analysis and data visualisation in his roles as both a data science intern and the president of the biotechnology society at university. William is particularly interested in the development of novel treatments in a variety of therapy areas.

Outside of work, he is an avid cricketer, playing in his local Saturday and Sunday teams and well as enjoying hiking in the UKs national parks.
