Synergy are delighted to have welcomed Rachael and Sophie to our team in September.
Rachael has joined us as a Research Director, coming from Kantar Health and bringing with her 13 years’ experience dedicated to healthcare market research. Rachael is vastly experienced in conducting both UK-only and multinational ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative research across a diverse range of therapy areas. Rachael has strong project management and analytical skills which she uses to deliver insightful, high-quality research which get to the core of her clients’ business issues.
Sophie joins us as a Research Assistant after graduating from Imperial College London with an MSc in Reproductive and Developmental Biology, following a BSc from Exeter University in Medical Science. She possesses detailed knowledge across many areas of biomedical science, from neuroscience to embryology, as well as in more commercial aspects of healthcare; including health economics, drug design, and buy dapoxetine UK online medical technology. Her undergraduate dissertation focussed on the role of N-of-1 clinical trials to inform treatment decisions for paediatric patients with ADHD, covering both qualitative and quantitative research, which ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in healthcare market research.
