The Team

Synergy has a team of 12 office-based researchers and support staff, headed by Sue Thamia and Jon Freeman.

Sue Thamia Sue Thamia has a first class degree in Pharmacology and an MBA. Her commercial career began in 1985 at Rowntree Mackintosh, and Johnson and Johnson, followed by a move to the agency side culminating in six years as Managing Director of Insight Medical Research, prior to setting up Synergy Healthcare Research Ltd. Sue has contributed to a large number of seminars and training courses on both qualitative and quantitative research, including an award winning paper on the use of projective techniques.

Jon Freeman Jon Freeman has worked in market research since 1987 at Taylor Nelson Sofres and Insight Medical Research prior to setting up Synergy Healthcare Research Ltd. Jon has worked extensively researching new product development, rational and emotional needs, branding and positioning, communication, segmentation and pricing. He has presented papers on the quality of research design, the validation of research outputs and has run seminars on new product development, rational and emotional customer needs, branding, advertising research, conjoint and pricing research.
